• We accept domestic (US) returns for non-sale items if initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. makeup stains, heavy perfume etc.) will be rejected and returned to sender.
• Sale items are eligible for for exchange or store credit only. Sale items have prices ending with the number 9 and are located within the Sale category of the website. We do not offer price adjustments for Sale items.
• Please use the shipping label provided to you through our returns portal (US orders only) so that we are able to promptly process your return.
• Returned items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. makeup stains, heavy perfume, etc.) will be rejected and returned to sender.

• Omika merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique for their return policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return Window: International customers may return items within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at hello@omika.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customs & Duties on Returns: To ensure your return clears U.S. customs smoothly and without additional charges, please follow these steps when preparing your package:

• On all customs documentation, mark the shipment as: "Returned Goods — Exported from USA, Returning Unaltered" (HTS 9801.00.10)
• Declare the original purchase price as the shipment value
• Include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice inside the package
• Note on the customs form that this is a return for refund, not a commercial sale

Failure to complete customs documentation correctly may result in duties being assessed upon the package's return to the US. Any such charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
