  • Due to the small size of our team, we do not have a customer service phone number. If you would prefer to speak via phone, please send us an email first and we would be happy to schedule a time to call you. 


  • We are pleased to offer free domestic returns and exchanges. 
  • To begin a return or exchange, please click here to access our returns portal. This will provide you with a prepaid return label and ensure your return is processed ASAP. 
  • Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 1 week for processing once your return is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
  • All sale items are available for exchange or store credit only.

  • Care instructions are located in the “Details and Care” tab on each product page.


  • The best way to be notified of the exact moment of launches and restocks is to sign up for our email or text notifications at We announce to email and text subscribers first.
  • To be notified about a specific item in your size, please click the link on the product page which says "Out of stock? Click here!" If you leave your email or phone number, you will be notified immediately when an item comes back in stock in your size.


  • Please allow 1 business day for processing.
  • All orders ship from our Fort Lauderdale warehouse.
  • Orders usually arrive between 3-5 days depending on proximity to Fort Lauderdale.
  • Ground shipping is free on all domestic US orders over $200.
  • Domestic US orders under $200 have a $10 shipping fee.
  • US Expedited 2-Day shipping is available for $16. This cost is not refundable if selected.


  • International shipping is available for Canada, Ireland and the UK. All shipping costs, taxes and duties are collected during checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. Rates vary based on shipping address.

We seek to use only organic or naturally derived materials where possible. Creating a high quality product which can withstand years of love and wear is of the utmost importance to us.

Our manufacturing partners are well vetted to ensure fair treatment of the artisans and employees at all levels.  We closely monitor our supply chain to ensure that the health and safety of workers is a top priority. Our partners are ISO 14001 certified- which aids in the implementation of environmentally conscious processes to help fight climate change. Additionally, we follow a fair-trade business model by pledging a portion of our profits back to the artisans themselves.
