Omika takes great pride in providing complimentary ground shipping and hassle-free returns within the United States. Kindly refer to the information below for more comprehensive details regarding our policies.
Shipping
Enjoy complimentary ground shipping, or choose our expedited 2-day delivery for just $10.
Orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed the same day. Ground shipping typically takes 3-6 business days to arrive depending on destination. We ship from our warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Once your order is placed, we will provide you with tracking information via email so you have visibility to the location of your shipment.
We do not currently ship internationally. We are hoping to offer this to our customers starting in 2024. If you have a specific request, please reach out to us at hello@omika.com.
Returns
You may return or exchange an item up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, as long as the product is returned in its original condition- unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags.
Please allow up to 1 week for processing once your return is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only. Your store credit is good for one calendar year. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
To begin, visit our return portal here. Enter the order number and shipping zip code found in your confirmation email. Then follow the prompts to complete the process and generate your return shipping label.
