Billie Midi
The Billie Midi is a sleeveless calf length, natural waisted, 5-tier dress, with a crew ruffle neckline. Its double ruffle sleeves + micro ruffle neckline has hidden hook and eyes for easy coverage, the bodice has sectioned delicate gathering which blousons over the double drawstring waist band tunnel waist, with 4 flat ties. The 5 tier skirt has flat bias cut ruffles that gracefully fall over the skirt tiers. This seasonless silo can be at seen at a warm, sunny brunch with sandals, or tall boots and a chunky knit for a fall dinner out.
